Booking
canceled my wife's stay in Venice and never refunded her money. They don't
answer your complaints, neither by email nor by phone. They only want a
salesperson. The hotel. They canceled my wife's reservation, and Booking
itself, via email, told her they would refund her money in 7 to 14 days, but
they have never done so to date. It's been 2 months. The approximate total
value of the claim is 300 US dollars. Be careful with Booking, they don't
respond to your complaints. They don't care about looking bad for almost 300
dollars that they have to refund me. This cancellation occurred almost 15
days before our trip, resulting in the hassle of booking another hotel. We
did so with difficulty, but we had to book one for almost $600, since there
was no availability in Venice due to the short time available.
I sent a
complaint letter, but they never responded to it.
